Returns and Refunds

Due to the made to order nature of each piece, unfortunatly once cast, it is not possible to exchange or refund rings if the size you have ordered does not fit. Please take extra care when ordering that you have selected the correct size and I recommend measuring the finger you would like to wear it on carefully before doing so.

Of course if your piece arrives and is faulty or damaged on arrival, this is a different matter. Returns should be sent back in the original packaging and a refund will be processed once it has been recieved back to me, or a replacement made.
